Preseason / Training Camp

Kickstart the season with 5 weeks of specialized training to sharpen your skills, improve fitness, and build confidence before league matches begin.

Cost: $60 for all 5 sessions, $80 if not registering for Regular Season

REGULAR SEASON

📅 Season: May 25, 2025 – September 28, 2025
📅 Practices: June 15, 2025 – August 29, 2025

Cost: $120 (includes a training shirt and a custom Ottawa Islamic Soccer League soccer ball!)

WEEKLY PRACTICE SESSIONS

This season, we’re introducing weekly 1.5-hour training sessions for both boys and girls, led by certified, high-level soccer coaches. These sessions will focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall performance.
